| Based on an ancient system of Chinese exercise, classes focus on a short form of tai chi & Chi Kung, the 18 moves for health & involve breathing exercises & graceful flowing actions. Most exercises are performed standing so are great for improving stability in the legs & postural balance. Studies suggest that practising tai chi regularly may reduce symptoms linked to stress such as IBS & panic attacks and in the long term have an effect on blood pressure, circulation and the immune system |
