Book a private pole lesson for yourself or you & a friend or small group & learn how to pole at your own pace – we offer discounts for on-going training below.

We offer fun hen & birthday pole parties which can be themed to your liking too. Pole parties are full of giggles and are designed so that after doing a warm up and stretch you learn a series of beginners pole moves such as walking & hooking the pole, basic spins & following a simple routine.

Location: On the A40, in between the texaco garage roundabout & montpellier roundabout. Opposite Lansdown Place. In the front grounds of the building is a sign that says “offices to let” – you can see this easily from the road. Above the 4 pillars of the building is a sign that says “Maxima Forum”. Once you drive up to the main door you should see the sign in the porch for Zigs Exercise.

For those more advanced in pole we can also set up a Zigs Masterclass & focus on more advanced tricks, inverts & climbs - you can request to work on tricks of your choice for your party too.

We will request a deposit to secure your booking, changes/cancellations can be made upto 24hrs prior to the party/lesson. After 24hrs payments are non refundable.
